Pat works with clients to develop comprehensive wealth plans specifically designed to help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, Pat was a principal at Moneta Group. He also spent more than two decades as an advisor and branch manager at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Before he began his financial services career, Pat played professional soccer in both Denver and St. Louis.

Pat has a bachelor’s degree from Quincy College and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and has been recognized four times as a 5-Star Professional.

While at Quincy College, Pat played soccer and was recognized as a four-time National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Champion. He is also a member of the Quincy Hall of Fame, and was inducted into the Saint Louis Soccer Hall of Fame in 2016.


The Five Star Wealth Manager award is given by Five Star Professional. To receive the award, a wealth manager must satisfy 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria, including registration as an investment advisory representative, employment as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of five years, favorable regulatory and compliant history, firm review based on internal firm standards and accepting new clients.
