Adam has experience working with individuals and families to provide an in-depth analysis of their investment portfolios, concentrated positions, retirement plan investment options and other relevant information to assist them in making fiduciary investment decisions. In addition, Adam works with clients to analyze their tax situations and offer effective tax strategies. He advises clients on charitable giving strategies, stock option planning, IRA beneficiary and distribution planning, and projecting future tax liabilities for various tax scenarios.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a senior vice president and senior tax consultant at Bessemer Trust where he was responsible for advisory services and compliance for individual, partnership and corporate tax clients. Previously he was assistant vice president with United States Trust Company of New York, specializing in compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals. He also was an associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, D.C., specializing in high-net-worth individual income tax and financial planning.

Adam is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds the Series 65 designation. He received a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in taxation from Seton Hall University.
