Luca holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Experience and Education

Luca is responsible for development and implementation of taxable fixed income strategies. He does analysis of market trends, economic indicators and individual securities to create and execute strategies that align with client objectives.

Prior to joining Mariner, Luca was an analyst for Summit Strategies Group, an institutional investment consultant with $160 billion in assets. In this role, he conducted investment manager performance analysis and identified drivers of outperformance across multiple asset classes.

He began his investment career in risk management at Scottrade Advisor Services. His focus was due diligence of independent RIA firms, and he handled state regulatory inquiries.

Luca holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lindenwood University and graduated summa cum laude. He is a member of the CFA Society St. Louis.
