Kyle holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Experience and Education

Kyle works directly with the chief investment strategist and manages internal equity strategies. He has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, including particular experience in equity valuation and fundamental analysis.

Prior to joining Mariner, Kyle was a senior analyst at Western & Southern Financial Group where he worked in corporate finance. While here, he was responsible for providing valuation analysis of merger and acquisition candidates and supporting the firm’s Securities Lending and Funding Agreement programs. In addition, he worked on real estate financings, asset-liability management and conducted counterparty risk assessments.

Kyle holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Morehead State University. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Cincinnati.

Kyle is an adjunct instructor at the University of Cincinnati for the MS Finance program and a member of the UC Student Fund Investment Committee.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves the outdoors, golfing and rooting for the Cincinnati Reds.
