Jim provides clients with personalized wealth management solutions that include financial planning, tax preparation, investing and reporting to help them reach their goals.

Prior to joining Mariner, Jim was the CEO of Newport Advisory, LLC.

Jim holds a BSBA from Pepperdine University.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, Jim likes spending time at the Newport Beach Country Club and Balboa Bay Club. He enjoys Pilates, photography, traveling and is a die-hard Chicago Bears fan and avid supporter of his children’s football aspirations. He supports and is involved with the University of California-Irvine’s Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Sapolu Destined Academy and the West Coast Stock Car Hall of Fame.
