David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds the ABA Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor Certification.

Experience and Education

David focuses on the needs and objectives of clients by providing personalized wealth management solutions to help them achieve their long-term goals.

Prior to joining Mariner, David was lead advisor at Verum Partners, LLC. Before that, he served as a high-net-worth financial advisor at The Vanguard Group.

David has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech.

Personal Interests

Away from the office, David enjoys watching his Virginia Tech Hokies’ sports teams, playing basketball, doing home improvement projects and exploring the restaurant/brewery scene in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he resides.
