Experience and Education

Alla focuses on tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and their closely held entities. She manages the compliance and planning needs unique to each client.

Prior to joining Mariner, Alla was a managing tax director. Her duties included heading, developing and improving tax department operations and standardized procedures and managing tax professionals and tax administrators. She has almost 20 years of public accounting experience working on partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, private foundations and individual tax compliance.

Alla holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance from California State University, Northridge and a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
