Rosario is a Certified Public Accountant and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He also holds life and accident and health insurance licenses.

Experience and Education

Rosario provides personal financial planning, investment advisory services and tax services to high-net-worth clients and professional athletes. In addition, he has experience in risk management, including life, health and property and casualty insurance.

Prior to joining Mariner, he formed RR Advisory Group. Before that, he was a partner at Clarfeld Financial Advisors, a firm specializing in financial planning, tax planning and investment services. His primary responsibilities included counseling executives on personal financial planning, estate, retirement, insurance and investment advisory services. He had overall relationship responsibility for several of the firm’s major corporate financial planning programs.

Rosario has a bachelor’s degree from Bernard M. Baruch College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
