Prior to joining Mariner, Will worked for Clune & Associates, a comprehensive financial planning and investment management firm based in Chicago. His responsibilities included creating financial plans and implementing asset allocation strategies for clients. Before working at Clune & Associates, Will was a portfolio manager at Founding Partners Capital Management, where he worked with high-net-worth individuals and family office clients. His focus was on investment research and asset allocation.
Will started his career in financial services at First National Bank of Colorado, originating and underwriting small business and individual credit relationships.
Will has a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in economics from the University of Denver. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has passed the Series 65 exam. Will is a volunteer with several non-profit organizations that focus on youth education, and he is a member of his local Trout Unlimited chapter.
