Sanja Hardy
Portfolio Strategist
Sanja is a portfolio strategist who joined the firm in 2010. She manages the firm’s asset allocation and portfolio construction process as well as the quantitative and qualitative aspects of investment manager due diligence across all major asset classes. Sanja is also responsible for the development and management of Mariner Optimal Allocation Portfolios and Mariner Diversified EFT Strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Sanja was a vice president of UMB Asset Management for six years. She was responsible for developing and managing the bank’s open architecture platform, with approximately $1 billion in assets. Sanja also performed strategic and tactical asset allocation research and strategy development for the $11 billion asset management division of UMB Bank.
Sanja holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and a master’s of business administration with concentrations in finance and management from Rockhurst University. She is a former All American award recipient for her academic and athletic achievements.
