If To access your account information at Fidelity you must first:

• Use our Contact Form to request a user ID and password for the Fidelity web site.
• We will then contact you with your user ID and password.
• Once you have received your user ID and password, you can log in to Fidelity's web site through the www.marinerwealthadvisors.com login page or directly through www.fidelityaccountview.com
• When you reach the log in page on the Fidelity's site, you will be prompted to change your password.
