Bruce Kusmin, co-founder: Twenty six years ago I wanted to help people solve their financial wealth problems, but not have to sell them a product to do that and finally now, that's what we created. We created a firm that is focused on solving people’s wealth related issues, but not tying that to the product sale, product solution. It's all about a solution based on what the client's needs are. 

I think our people are the center of our company. We've attracted some incredibly, talented, gifted people that get our culture and where we're trying to go and the fact that we want to be proactive, solution driven for our clients and we've just been blessed to find those people and have them buy into our vision.
