Client Service Associate 
Entity: Adams Hall Asset Management 
Location: Tulsa, OK


Provides support in building and maintaining the client relationships of a wealth advisory team through the administration of services and management of accounts. This position must maintain familiarity with industry trends and understand client needs in order to identify and provide value-added services. Responsibilities include maintaining files, compiling reports, managing the new client implementation process, and assisting in the coordination of team member activities. Candidates must have a high degree of integrity and adhere to industry and organization ethics and codes of conduct. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other business related field is preferred. Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in client service within the Financial Services industry or equivalent academic training, be proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Outlook, and should thrive in an environment where time management and organization, attention to detail, and the desire to provide exceptional client service are highly regarded.


Network Administrator
Entity: Mariner Holdings
Location: Leawood, KS


Provide technical and administrative support for a multi-site enterprise network by providing knowledge of existing hardware and software to maximize efficiency of the network, users' utilization, and ensure proper security measures. This position will maintain documents that describe network topology, business continuity strategy, testing methods and procedures for managing the enterprise network. Qualified candidates must have 4+ years of related experience in an enterprise network environment; a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering is preferred. Technical knowledge of various software and operating programs (2003 and newer) including, SonicWall firewalls/routers, VMware, Active Directory, Windows Server and Windows XP &7, as well as Microsoft SQL Service, Exchange Server and Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Experience working with monitoring tools, web technologies, and process implementation is needed. Individuals should be process-oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task and communicate.ᅠ


Senior Operations Associate
Entity: Mariner Holdings
Location: Leawood, KS


This position supports the internal operations needs of both Mariner Wealth Advisors and Montage Investments, including functions of account reconciliation, data entry, transaction research and generation of client reporting. Additional responsibilities include facilitating acquisition conversions, special projects and contributing to the training and development of other staff members. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field, 5+ years of experience working with financial accounts and in a service capacity, proficient accounting skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel utilizing advanced formulas and macro writing. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to problem solve proactively are required. The ability to perform to a high degree, while working independently and with minimal guidance, is also a must. The ideal candidate will be a highly positive contributor to the team environment and thrive in a position that necessitates a willingness to take ownership in work performed.
